Brittany Abrams, M.S., OTR/L
Brittany graduated from the University of West Georgia with a Bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2015 and graduated from Brenau University in 2019 with a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy. Throughout graduate school, Brittany worked at Mind & Motion as a neurotherapist and has 4 years of experience delivering Interactive Metronome and neurofeedback therapy. She is now excited to return as a licensed occupational therapist! Brittany’s clinical fieldwork while in school focused on pediatrics and sensory integration as well as neuro rehabilitation for adolescents and adults who have experienced a traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, or are living with other neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease or Dementia. Brittany loves the creativity of working in pediatrics and being able to design activities that are both fun and therapeutic to help the child grow and develop and achieve higher levels of independence. Brittany loves running and being outside and spends most of her free time training for half and full marathons and exploring new running trails with her golden retriever, Bailey!
